This is a position out of undergrad for a HF with greater than 500M AUM and one that was started very recently (1-3 years ago). It is a SM HF and I would be coming in as a analyst. I know this is a excellent opportunity but i'm just wondering what I should expect/what would be fair for overall comp in the first year.
