Hi, I'm interviewing at a family office and was wondering if someone woud give some insight into what woudl be reasonable salary expectations + bonus/
Without disclosing directly, its an office for one of the wealthiest families in the state, and they are offering the role at sub $200k. Does anyone know what would be a reasonable range for an analyst role? From what I've read this seems low but Idk if I can effectively tell the office to double it.
Thoughts?

I was looking at some older comments here about family offices, some people said they were getting close to ~$500k.
You must mean all in. I’ve never heard of anyone making $500k in SALARY/BASE. PMs top out at $250k

Mid 100s is pretty standard for analyst roles. I’m making slightly above ‘street’ IB pay as an analyst at a small fund. Bonus lower than IB but more comp allocated to carry.
How was the interview? I have one soon too similar position, seems FO's can be all over the place
