Fixed Income AM to HF?

Hello everyone,
I'm a 22 year old in asset management, fixed income specifically. I’ve been considering getting into a hedge fund. Beyond the CFA what are some things I can do to break into a hedge fund? For background I’m from a target school and have a decent gpa. Any advice would be really appreciated.
