From interning at a MMHF to ?
Hello everyone,
I'm currently interning at a MM (P72, MLP, Citadel...) until July in a L/S team and frankly I love what I do as an analyst. The only issue is that I'm not quite sure I will get a FT offer from my team since our P&L got really impacted by the war (and bad decisions too I guess), still positive YTD.
Do you think I have my chances of getting a FT offer in another HF, or do I still need to do an other internship ? I'm graduating this summer but I can do one more internship if needed.
(I'm european, so considering positions in London)

With an internship at Millennium, you’ve got about as good a chance as anyone to get a HF offer straight out of undergrad - especially if you go to a target
Absolutely. P&L is not an intern's problem and that is as good of a brand as you can get
