Fund of Hedge Funds Comp

Hey everyone,

What would be a reasonable comp estimate for a research associate at a Fund of Hedge Funds (~$1bln AUM)? Also, if you guys can estimate further, what would be the comp, as you progress. I am in the interview process of a FoF, and want to get a better understanding of the comp I should be expected, if I get an offer and decide to make the move. Thanks everyone!
