Has anyone reviewed the Kerrisdale memo on Globalstar? Is it really necessary to stuff all of your research notes and every word from your expert interview in the report? Seems more convoluted than anything else. The thesis could easily be summarized in five pages or fewer.
Still haven't read the entire thing, but if you're essentially calling a co a complete piece of shit, then you better have the evidence to back it up. Why not provide more than enough evidence to prove your point? Ever read one of Ackman's long ass presentations?
