Going to a fairly low-/no-name SM HF
Got an offer from a SM L/S HF without too much of a name, floating at around $250-300 mm AUM per IP (total AUM is around 2.5-3.5b with 10-12 IP approx). Im just a little over a year into banking at an EB. The fund's returns are alright but nothing skyhigh. Should I take the risk, and how should I best estimate the upside? My main concern is that, given its not a big name (searching WSO yields nothing at all), I'm wary of finding myself at a dead end.
Sounds like a great seat and not no name if that much AUM at that employee base
