Hi all - is it generally easy to catch Ubers/Lyfts from Greenwich CT to NYC at 7/8PM daily? Doing the reverse commute and seeing how bad the ride-share situation is.

Metro north
It is very easy to catch ubers to and from greenwich all the time. Ranges from $75 going from gwich to nyc on a satuday afternoon, to $140 going from nyc to gwich during a more peak time. Way cheaper and easier to just take metro north though, especially if there is going to be traffic, just take the train - 50 minutes express
I would probably just hop on the metro north they leave about every 15 minutes from GC. You could get an Uber but leaving the city via the West Side highway/ FDR drive gets old and it’s slow and can take longer; I’d rather get on the train and just go. I take the metro north into the city from CT and it’s clean and pleasant.
Metro North is the move here, imo.
