Harvard management company

Hey monkeys,

I have an interview coming next week. Has anyone interviewed with/worked at Harvard Management Company? I'm interviewing for the Analytics group as an experienced hire.

How's the firm doing? Their annual report says they're doing just fine. But I heard the best people (including PIMCO's current CEO) left the firm couple years ago, and all they're doing is just outsourcing investment to sub-advisers.

How's the comp compared to other AM/HF if you're not a trader/PM?

Thanks.
