I am new to HF prep so excuse the nature of the question - how do you come up with good investment thesis? Any guides / framework for thinking about this would be very useful
There’s a few threads on WSO related to this. I’d suggest looking for them, there was one called “how to come up with good ideas” or something or the other. Googling stock pitches might help too.
Figure out what type of hedge fund you want to join and practice coming up with ideas that work under that strategy. It’ll help you prepare and also help you figure out if it’s what you want to do for a living.
