Anyone know of funds that do exclusively term time internships that are in the 200+ million range (1B+ aum preferred)?
Just wanted to do something possibly part time 15-20 hrs during the semester (2026 fall) with the extra time i hopefully might have

There are some funds that do term time if u look hard enough at LinkedIn, but id expect to commit 25-30 hours minimum a week.

Yeah ngl term time is ridiculous for smaller shops. I’d work for a big firm (do ER or something similar) if you want controlled hours, bc HR literally won’t let u work more than your amount
What’s more ridiculous is undergrads thinking they can at all meaningfully contribute to investment processes they are not integrated with by putting in 15 hrs a week alongside schoolwork lol. You are essentially asking for a resume handout while wasting hedge fund professionals’ time
I’ve met undergrads who do miles better quality work and stock picking than analysts coming out of IB/PE
