HF Internships Question?
Where should I look to find smaller HFs (~ $2bn AUM) to reach out to about sophomore internships? Any strategies for reaching out as well? Thanks.

You can search by state. Especially if you want something local, it is helpful. A very large majority do not have a careers page. Some may have a resume email drop, others may just have a general info email. Most have teams pages, so you are able to LinkedIn or email specific people there, at the very least.
