HFs open to virtual work or flexible wfh?

Any well known HFs that have flexible wfh policies and still pay good? By flexible, I mean working virtually 60-100% of the time.

Not too concerned about MM or SM, just want fund names to start recruiting to. Life circumstances are forcing me to try to find a wfh job, but I still want to stay in finance. So I'm trying to se if I can be in the office maybe bi-weekly or 2 weeks in 3 weeks from home sort of thing. Tough with my current employer...

Bumping again. Doesn't have to be HF only. Anyone know any investment role (PE, VC, HF, RE, etc.) that is virtual?

Hell even a good startup OR large cap corp with big upside potential in equity would be great if it's virtual. As you can tell, I am a bit desperate...

“How can I make NYC/SF/LA comp at the highest levels of finance/tech/biz (starting at 400k but upside to +1mn over 4 years) while working 50 hours a week and living in a low cost of living area (like my significant other’s hometown so we can be close to family and afford a big house rather than a tiny apartment)”

Dude if you find it let me know cus I love public equity investing but sure I’ll ditch it for that set up. Unfortunately, i don’t think it works out that way

If you have a high risk tolerance you could try a crypto fund.  Those are the only places I've seen to allow that kind of arrangement.

Many larger funds are in hybrid models (2-3 days in the office), but not with as much flexibility as the OP seems to be asking about (in the office 1 week a month type thing).

Thing is, I know nothing about crypto and would honestly be forcing an interest (which I've found never works long term for me).

Might be a dumb idea but I might guess that certain MM PMs could have a good wfh policy depending on the PM you work with
