High school HF

Throughout the years of high school I've been building my network while starting a business. I started studying a well known trader now based in Singapore who mentored in London which started my interest in this industry. I've had people help (Financial Advisors, mentors through my school, etc) but none in the HF/IB/PE field due to the individuals I've tried to connect with don't take me seriously or don't respond at all. At 18 I need a way to kickstart my career before college in terms of getting a internship/experience in the industry. How would I get individuals like you guys to take interest in a young finance person like me?

Just go thru the (recruiting) process like your peers do. If your experiences have been as good as you think they are, recruiters will naturally be impressed and take you on for formal summers
