Summer 2026 HF firms have begun recruiting so I was just wondering what the timeline is for sophomores.

Don't quote me on this but I recall hearing that this was exclusively a diversity program. That aside, they usually recruit this time around but it's been a while and things might have changed.
I think it's changed seeing a lot of these interns end up at pods as well. Guess i should reach out to them then.
