How intense is Citadel Global Equities?
I've heard that the hours are akin to banking (70+) with earnings being closer to 80. Can someone let me know what the culture and hours are like? What are the worst parts of working there?
The worst part isn’t the hours. The worst part is the constant stress of having to put risk on and making it work. Cause if you lose money, you’re gone really quickly. Maybe not at the post banking level but after 2 years, your job stability becomes horrible
