Was getting multiple emails from recruiters for New York/ LA based private credit roles a few months ago but now it is absolutely dead..
It’s very active in the macro universe.
do you get the sense that HFs are hiring just because of recent success or are actually investing in teams?

As of late Feb - in my experience and from what I've heard:
MM = as you'd expect (particularly at the big 3)
SM = relatively quiet
Complete newbie here, what do you mean as you expect for MM? Is it very active in Feb?
