Icahn Enterprises Apr 2022 Stock?

Anyone have thoughts on Icahn Enterprises for a personal holding? Currently trading at a 15% dividend yield. Diversified holdings. Not sure how it would fit into a multi-billion SM's fund given that Icahn owns 88% and market cap is $15.6B.

I'm curious if you've ever looked into IEP and what the risks would be holding it for 3-5 years? The company has not missed a dividend payment and has grown it's dividend amount over the years (not steadily). Icahn obviously has a strong track record in terms of management too.

Anyone know why it's trading so cheaply?
