Does anyone know what a Citadel FTAP internship would be like? Is there education in finance? What % of interns return as FTAP full-timers? Is the program well-known or selective? What are competitors to this program? How does it compare with being an intern at Tower Research?

I am seriously considering the Citadel FTAP Internship too and any replies on this will be great to here. The only thing I can answer is that the Citadel FTAP full time program has a very good financial training program associated with it, and a lot of the employees seem very knowledgable about finance despite coming from a pure software background
