Investing style conflict with desired WLB

Experienced in L/S investing and enjoy this type of investing style.

However, I have other priorities outside of work such as my partner, family, and other hobbies.

Moving to LO makes sense from a WLB standpoint but dislike the LO investing mindset.

Any recommendations?
