Jane Street or Two Sigma Quant Trader Bonus
Does anyone know if quant traders/researchers at Jane Street, Two Sigma, etc. get to manage their own book and are their bonuses a % of the pnl of the book?
Or does one have to go to a MM fund to arrange that comp structure?
