Hi guys, just curious - what are some good law firms that can handle registration + accounting, etc. for a new smaller hedge fund ( $30M)? (or at the very least, registration/formation, and I can look at another firm for accounting)
I've looked at some of the name brand law firms, but they charge the same amount for a small fund as a larger one ($200M+), so for a smaller fund, the cost will be really high as a %age. And we are looking to save costs if possible.
Any recommendations/links/reviews are highly appreciated.

Pretty sure I'm gonna be using Interactive Brokers haha....don't think they will be making recommendations on this topic lol
