London HF Process
Can anyone share some insight into how these processes work?
Was looking to start prepping but not sure what type of modelling prep I'd need to do and only have access to the standard PE LBO ones.

But you're gonna have to be more specific in terms of the HF mandate. Things aren't that similar across L/S Equity, L/S Credit, event-driven, distressed credit, etc.
