Recently started as an analyst in a BB. How do you generally reach out to these HHs?
If your profile is interesting enough, you won't need to go through a HH for a multimanager position. Just reach out to the BizDev people there.
Yeah, I get emails or linkedin inbounds directly. And then you just need to keep in touch.
Otherwise I’d advise reaching our directly, but honestly, the quality of the HH space right now is pretty bad. Almost nobody is professional, and tries to really help you.
