I have a background in clinical research (I analyze clinical trials). I recently started my own biotech consulting company that has a small network of SMEs. I want to analyze pivotal clinical trials of publicly traded companies and sell the reports to hedge funds. The reports would analyze every aspect of the trials with a focus on the design in order to give color to upcoming catalysts (readouts, FDA decisions). We can also analyze trials before they have any results by flagging anything in the design that the FDA will hate. I am thinking of pricing reports in the 1K area, but I could be wrong.
I have had no exposure to the world of finance and I am looking for someone to help me navigate the HF waters and sell reports to funds. I am thinking of a revenue split or a commission basis. All I really need is introduction to fund managers who would be interested in our services.
