L/S market neutral guys - how are you navigating current market

Curious to hear how things have been for other LS guys. Especially those not in the tech sector.
We have found this market tough, especially given the weird volatility.
It's leading us to take less risk into earnings, which has been unfortunate as we've got the actual calls right more often that not.

Very interested in what others are seeing or doing.

What vertical/industry is your team? Curious to know if there are specific events that are making it hard to build stronger convictions in your space.

Been a long time since I was in a pod (10+ yrs) and I was doing more statarb across all US large caps so we could adjust sector weights when our strategy wasn't capturing volatility effectively.
