"Meet the team" Round

I have got a "meet the team" coming up and was wondering what to expect. I have done the case study and discussed it, and because it is a small team (handful of people) I will be meeting with everyone. Also, with have >10 years' experience, I would be coming in on the junior side. No doubt questions about fit, investment process/philosophy and background will be asked.

So my questions are: how should I approach it (I'm expecting it to be intense) and what are some left-field topics or questions that could be explored.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a "meet the team" round after my final case study although at a junior level. I was expecting it to be intense with drilling me about my interest/investment process etc but after a few initial questions on why I want to work in that fund/strategy, what my goals are working at the fund, where do I see myself in a few years, etc. it just shifted to stuff like what I do in my free time, more personal questions.

This usually goes one of two ways: 1) treated like any other behavioral interview with each discussion centered more around fit above all or 2) is super informal and is often done in a group setting like drinks. Seems like it'll probably be the first assuming you only did the case and didn't meet any other people on the team while presenting.
