AQR. Without having worked on the tech side I get the feeling most of the non-investment staff at Millennium are downright miserable. Also, AQR has a lot more AUM/ is a bigger operation. From a mid/back-office perspective I would imagine that looks better on your resume (claiming you built the tech for a $100B fund as opposed to a $30B one).
I have no real insight into the actual groups (personnel, work process, etc) so that's my two cents as someone that is familiar with the investing side of both firms.
