Wondering if any more experienced PMs can chime in on best ways to split bonus pool. I find it easier to come up with a number if analysts have generated positive PnL, but for analysts that have lost money or junior analysts that aren't taking any risk, how do you think about allocating year end payouts. Is it a function of the total bonus pool? Or more of a function of their base salary (e.g. 1x, 1.5x base).
