Need Career Advice ASAP

Hello WSO,

I need help figuring out what I can do next in my career. Let me first explain a bit about my current background, and where I'd like to go. Any advice/insight would be great.

Current Position (3 yrs) - PM/Trader for a long-term trend fund (~AUM $100mm) - PM/Trader for a volatility strategy (~AUM $5mm) - Can also perform research via python programming - Location: midwest - Education: Bachelor's degree (no MsC or PhD) - Categorized as a CTA - Strategies were taught to me by my current firm, and I run them

I'm having a hard time getting people's attention. Perhaps its location or background, but I'm not sure how to progress from here. Not many firms will let me act as a PM without an MsC or PhD. I'd ideally like to act as a PM but would also join a team as a trader to continue learning in my field.

Thank you.
