Pay for Sales / IR Teams in Hedge Funds

Currently working at a $5bn Systematic Multi-Strat Fund in London in the Sales / IR Team.

I am happy with my pay at the moment but I have no viability of what my seniors earn.

What should I be expecting (Total Comp) after 3-4 years of experience?
