PM recruitment citadel

Does anyone have insights into how PM recruitment works at citadel? For most of the other multi strat funds I can find job adverts for PM positions or contact details for the PM recruitment team. On the citadel website I can find open positions for some of their divisions but definitely not for all. Does this mean citadel is currently not looking for PMs in the areas not mentioned on their website or is their recruitment done through external headhunters? Not sure if it would make sense to contact any of their business development people on LinkedIn

Citadel (and the others) are ALWAYS looking for new PMs. I've seen it be less internally so in the initial outreach (vs like Millennium which will direct inbox you all the time). I don't know candidly who the right party to reach out to would be but BD seems like it would be a good first start.

Someone who has done MM PM recruiting in full please chime in. But definitely if you're even semi-competent, Citadel wants to talk to you.
