PnL thresholds to make APM/PM at citadel/baly/p72

Heard that in order to make APM/PM at citadel you need to generate a minimum amount of pnl (think was 10/100 mio usd but maybe mistaken). Does anyone know the equivalent thresholds for Baly/p72?
