- Any intel on comp? I've seen GBP75k+ stated elsewhere
- Is it possible to take holiday during the academy? Not ideal but I need to take 2 weeks off next summer to get married...
- Any horror and/or hopium stories?

Any idea what non-US offices pay? Is it the 125k in GBP equivalent or is there a big discount like in banking?
And what does comp look like in the first year post academy assuming you land a pod?
