Does anyone know how compensation looks across the prime services business? I’m seeing lots of serious revenue being brought in sell-side with many people exiting to buy side firms to optimize firms leverage/balance sheets. Overall the culture and stability seems to be fantastic with lots of room to implement new business ideas and algos?
