Post Superday

After multiple rounds of interviews, a full case study, and a superday—where they said I’d get an update within a week—I still haven’t heard back from HR or the hiring manager. Is this normal in the HF industry, or could the delay just be because it’s summer? Or am I being ghosted because I’m not moving forward? It just feels like after getting this far, they’d at least let you know if you’ve been rejected.

Summer could be an explanation for the slow pace

Another explanation is that you might not be the top candidate in the process and they might wait to see other options
