quant at citadel/de shaw contribution split

For a quant researcher at a centralised firm like citadel sec/ de shaw/ two sigma, if he writes up a strategy and actually earned money, will he take full credit for it? For example, the firm will give 10% pnl as bonus. The strategy itself is his original idea and he carried out the full research cycle with only a few guidance from his line manager. How much credit will he get vs his line manager get? Thanks !
