Recruiting for MMHFs
Apologies if this has been addressed but I can't find the right threads.
I'm looking to recruit for MMHF's and was wondering how to kick things off? Do I apply online?
Or reach out to the business development folks on Linkedin? How do I know which ones are recruiting for the equities roles?
Or I can reach out to the HH's but read here that it's better just to go through BD directly.
