Does anyone know what the range for a FoF associate would be in NYC? I recently started a new job at at FoF as an associate. My first year pay is 110k base and 15k bonus. I am older than most of the associates at the firm because I came in after a career change being in my previous tech career for about 6 years. This pay seems really low when I read similar posts on this page. Not sure if pay is that different at a FoF vs HF. Unless they are paying me a whole lot less than other associates because they knew I was making this career change. Any inputs here?
