SEC vs SEDAR Documents

Wanted to get some input on what you guys use/trust when you are looking at a company that files both with SEDAR and the SEC.

ABX for example - SEDAR documents are 58 pages for the MD&A section and 73 pages for the financials/notes VS the 40-F which is 322 total. Are there any drastic differences in the information between the two? I picked several different pieces of info from both and found the corresponding info in the other but wanted to ask more experienced individuals. I have to assume the majority of the difference is because 1/2 of the SEC pages are less than 1/2 a page.
