I’m currently in a process for a secondaries fund in London and just wanted to get an insight into what average compensation at the associate level looked like (base/bonus/carry if any?)

This is GBP. Not that high when you look at AuM / latest fund size for these players
Forgot to add as well but TPG GP Solutions (Secondaries) is around £280k for Associate 1 and Blackstone Strategic Partners probably above the 3 from my earlier reply
Any datapoint on the likes of Hamilton Lane, Adams Street, Coller?
Any insights on culture at each shop?
