Seeking Advice - How to recruit for HF out of MM IB?
I'm currently a first year analyst at a top group at an MM IB - think of HL, William Blair, Piper, Solomon, Baird. I've had over $1B worth of deal experience in the retail sector. How should I target single-manager / multi-manager HF recruiting? Would I need to lateral to a BB or a Evercore / Centerview tier firm?
