I’ve always been under the assumption that HF guys were super quantitatively gifted and shot it down in my head, focusing my efforts on IB/PE.
Am I mistaken for following this train of thought or is it in line with the industry. If I ever was able to get into the industry, I would love the opportunity to join an event based/activist fund.
