SM vs MMHF

I'm curious what the general consensus here would be for the decision between a top L/S team at Citadel (>$2B pod) vs a SM with $3-5B AUM that runs lean, say 5-10 IPs? All else equal, team culture is great for both, etc. which would you choose?
