Small and mid-sized SMs with high employee retention and good performance?
I’m asking about SMs in the 1-10bn range. I don’t think the large 10b+ SMs are a good career path and I don’t think that pods are any better on a risk-adjusted basis.

I’m genuinely being honest. Maybe it comes across as harsh, but i am not trying to troll. I think lots of posts on here are cope “eg - non targets don’t hurt you, it’s all about hustle, or MMPE is better than MFPE because you have leaner teams”. I’m here to tell you in my experiences that has not been the case
