Strategy to switch from L/S equity to Tech Biz/Ops

Title. Currently a L/S analyst and looking to switch to a tech role. I am not burnt out of investing yet, but can see myself getting there somtime in the next year or so. I know how to get a finance job - I don't know how to get a tech job. Any thoughts on how to do so?
