Switching asset classes after 15 years in
Hello,
I'm a trader/analyst in a specific commodities asset class and I'm looking to do something different, but remain in markets. Currently I'm looking at macro funds or credit funds; I'm mostly concerned about breaking in with 15 yoe and how to convince hiring managers that I'm a good fit.
I am pretty quantitative (landed some DS/SWE offers from some places). Any advice is appreciated.
