Thoughts on LMR Partners?

Was hoping to find a bit more out about London-based LMR Partners, especially with regards to general culture / comp / reputation. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Did you get an interview?
I've spoken with them before and I know people who have received pretty generous PM offers from them (but ultimately declined). I got the impression (low conviction) they were a bit more Rate RV focused than other platforms. NY location is a bit unique in West Chelsea.
