AS2 at a MF looking to make the jump to HF—just had a recruiter reach out to me about an opportunity here in their public investments team. Have upcoming intro calls with their head of HR and a partner, which struck me as unique. Looking for any color about culture, comp, etc. as they don’t seem to have a website.

Glad you asked, was also curious. Heard they were one of the only special situation / credit firms to raise 500m+ pre launch since 2021. Legit firm to my knowledge, but definitely an elite group and seem very pedigree focused. Know that they got three advisors from the healthcare sponsor space ( 1x GS, 1xSVB, 1x Fire) to join the advisory board, interested to see how their p&l fairs. Regardless, hear they stim on the daily. Cheers.
