From everything I have read Chase Coleman keeps to himself and shys away from interviews. He hasn't written a book. There will be books written about him though. Getting $25M at 25 years old. Made $465M last year.

Yes Julian Robertson has a biography written about him called "a tiger in the land of bulls and bears." It is an accurate biography and will give you a sense of his investment and hiring philosophy. Nothing has been written about Chase, as he keeps his life quite private. I worked at a tiger cub and the investment philosophy is loosely similar. chase learned from robertson so it will give you a sense.
